Glocient Hospitality appreciates feedback from our users and welcomes comments regarding the Site and our other products and services. We have highly skilled and talented People who may be working on the same or similar ideas. This policy is geared towards avoiding the possibility of future misunderstandings when projects developed by our People might seem to others to be like their own creative work. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Glocient Hospitality, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners, harmless from and against any claims, actions, or demands, liabilities and settlements including without any limitations, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Arbitration
Except with respect to any claim or dispute involving the ownership, validity or use of any Glocient Trademark, any dispute arising out of or related to this site (including any claim that any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use are invalid, illegal, or otherwise voidable or void) will be submitted for and resolved by arbitration before An Independent Arbitrator which will be agreeable to both parties. Provided that the cost of Arbitration shall be borne equally by both parties. This does not preclude the right of the parties to seek legal redress if not satisfied with the conclusion of the arbitration. The seat of Arbitration shall be domiciled in Nigeria.
